Incoming Mail Questions
If the tracking number shows as "delivered", the Mail Center may still be processing the incoming packages. All packages are processed on the day they are received. If you don't have a package notification in your Baylor email inbox, bring the tracking number to the Mail Center counter so we can help you locate your package.
All mail and packages are processed on the day they are received. When your item is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification to your Baylor email address.
The Mail Center ships items through FedEx, UPS and USPS. You can choose the best option based on delivery date or cost.
You may not keep the same mailbox, but we do have a limited number of rental boxes. Click here for information on how to reserve, or visit the counter at the Mail Center.
No. All items addressed to 1 Bear Place should only come to the Mail Center in the SUB. From there, we will distribute letter mail to Brooks College, Brooks Flats, Earle and Teal. All other letter mail will be picked up at the front counter of the Mail Center. All packages will need to be picked up at the SUB.

We typically hold packages for three weeks to give students plenty of time to claim their items. However, perishable packages are only held for 5 days and packages with incorrect addresses (name and box # don’t match) are held for 3-4 days before being returned to the sender.

No, mailboxes are not shared. Items addressed to someone other than the mailbox holder will be returned to sender.
Mailboxes are assigned no later than August 1st of each academic year. A notification will be sent to your Baylor email address when assignments are completed. Keys will be distributed during move-in for East Village and Brooks residents.

An email is sent towards the end of each semester asking for summer forwarding information. If you provide an address, first class mail and USPS packages will be forwarded automatically between June 1 - August 1. UPS and FedEx packages may require additional payment for forwarding. All mail forwarding is discontinued as of August 1 each year.

Department Outgoing Mail Questions
You need a Barcode Graphic Form (AKA Wrap-around sheet) on any item needing postage. You need your COA number. If you are unsure what your COA number is, please check with your Department Business Manager to confirm. Then go to https://campusservices.web.baylor.edu/barcodegraphics to request a sheet. One sheet can be used for 1 outgoing letter or a case of outgoing letters. Just make sure it is attached to the item/tub.
Processing time varies for each mailing. We strive to meet your requested mailing date and will communicate if there is an issue causing a delay.
Outgoing Mail is located at 2100 River Street. The building is located on LaSalle. From University Parks, turn on LaSalle, turn right at River Street, go past the first building on the right, turn right (you will drive through a fenced area). Our entrance is just past the covered parking on the right. Please ring the doorbell by the loading dock and we will come out to pick up your job.
